Who are Hamilton HR Solutions?

Hamilton HR Solutions was founded by Catherine Hamilton who has a wealth of HR and general management skills acquired over 20+ years.

The business launched in 2013 and has quickly established a growing client base, ranging from large businesses to small, including not-for-profit and private individuals.

Catherine is an MBA and CIPD qualified, commercially focused, senior HR professional with a passion for driving the people agenda resulting in adding value to organisations. With over 20 years experience and a proven track record of delivery in a wide range of areas at both a strategic and operational level.

Catherine has held senior HR roles at BAE, Arco Ltd, Victoria Plum along with providing operational and strategic HR for her growing client base where she often takes on the role of their HR Director.  Catherine is an active member of the Hull Chamber of Commerce and can often be found sharing ideas and experiences with other chamber members and fellow HR professionals in the local area.
